DSO November Color Challenge

Okay - so I had a lot of fun playing with Kim B's color selection over at DSO's Color Challenge. She always has such a great color palette! I didn't give this month's entry a title.

I'm not sure -but I might put together a Christmas/Holiday themed kit with these colors too. If I do, I'll definitely be posting it on my blog.

My Blog Makeover

Like my new look? It's a huge improvement over what I had previously (which was nothing)! Well, a big "Thank You"!! goes out to Allie Brown (see her blinkie to the left) for the blog background and header. She even has instructions on how to set everything up!

I selected one of her creations using a kit by Sherah at SKrapper Digitals. The kit is called "Thankful" and it seemed appropriate for this month. Plus I'm a sucker for anything autumn themed.

The font on the header is called Cardinal. I don't remember where I got it, but I know it came from one of the free font websites.

Let me know what you think of the new look! And don't forget to check out Allie's site - she's got a lot more options!

Enjoy!

Okay, so with all the posting I did yesterday - I forgot to add the link for the brag book pages that I made using The Mathematician's Assistant's kit. I have added the link to the original post.

BUT - to save you the hassle of having to scroll back through all of those links and babble - here is the link.

SORRY!!!

ADSD Collaboration - After Dusk (Long post-lots of freebies!!)

Get ready to clear out some hard drive space - the ADSD designers have been at it again! This month's theme is After Dusk. Unfortunately, I don't do much after dusk that doesn't involve my 17 month old toddler. So I went for what I wish I could do after dusk, something romantic and serene.

To be honest, I was having a tough time with this theme - so I decided to make brag book pages for some of the other designers who were kind enough to offer up their kits early. After playing with those, I got inspired to make my own kit and brag book pages! LOL!

So get ready to download because not only do I have my kit and brag book pages, I have brag book pages for three other designers!! Not to mention all of the room you are going to need to download the contributions of all the other talented designers who participated!

Without further ado - the previews & links:

My first set of brag book pages was for the very talented and extremely helpful Deb over at The Scrappin Cop. Make sure you stop by her blog and pick up her awesome kit!

And now on to my kit. There are two previews for the kit, but three downloads. All of the links for the kit are all listed below the previews. The links for the brag book pages can also be obtained by clicking on the preview.

Pretty Scrappy Color Challenge October

Well, I made a kit for the Pretty Scrappy Color Challenge - but I can't get to the forums to post it! Every time I click on the link to go to the forums, I get a quick glance at the front page and then it tells me that the "page cannot be displayed". Oh well! Here's the kit anyway.
